The next meeting of the Eastern Region Technical Managers' forum will be held at the Møller Centre, Cambridge. This is becoming something of a fixture at the start of each academic year as we get together with colleagues from other disciplines to prepare for the coming years. The next meeting of this forum will be held on November 5th at North Hertfordshire College's Goldsmith Centre in Letchworth. As well as formal sessions for sharing good practice we are hoping for a speaker from the Institute of Customer Services (ICS) and a shared session on the Service Desk Implications of rolling out Windows 7 and Office 2010.
